Our masterplanning seeks to build sustainable communities
Buildings have an impact far beyond their specific bounds, and collectively they can create accessible and liveable communities and places. We seek to create a unique and site specific character for each masterplan – a place to call home, to work, relax and prosper. A sense of identity and a sense of belonging, mindful of health and wellbeing, sees communities and individuals blossom and bloom.
A masterplanning showcase
At Holyrood we worked within a hugely sensitive and protected World Heritage context, inspired by the urban grain and density, shaping contemporary design guidance to both respect the context and deliver highest densities, creating a sense of unique place that challenged the norm.
