Andrew is Partner lead for our Residential and Masterplanning & Placemaking portfolios. His work is centred around the philosophy of contributing to the greater good through the wider public realm, with a diverse range of projects across refurbishment, conservation, high density urban realm and mixed-use development. As our Design lead, Andrew’s design and management skills have contributed to multiple awards including the inaugural RIAS Presidents Medal for Placemaking.

As an Associate and our Interiors lead, Bikem is a highly dynamic and creative architect. She is a dedicated and conscientious worker with demonstrable design flair, a keen eye for detail, technical awareness and proficiency in graphics and presentational outputs. With experience of both new build and the refurbishment and repurposing of existing buildings, Bikem has particular experience in office and retail interior fit-outs.

Charles is one of our most senior and experienced architects with over forty years of professional practice experience and is an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPS). Charles is able to draw on his experience of handling complex, highly serviced, refurbishment projects within ‘live’ campus environments, providing proactive insight into health and safety matters that could affect the design, construction or future operation of a completed project.

Dafne leads our Visualisation service, having built a strong and highly capable team. She works closely with clients to realise how visuals can add value to their projects by conveying initial design intent and technical design detail. As a talented designer with exceptionally strong Revit skills, she creates stunning 3D visuals of projects as well as rendered images and videos using a variety of state of the art software.

Mark is a highly experienced Architect who leads our BIM management service, certified to BSI ‘19650 Project Professional’ standards. With vast experience in the implementation of BIM Level 2 across a range of sectors, he has used Revit to maximise the efficiency of a range of digital tools in designing from tender to construction. This allows Mark to holistically improve the process of building design and management. Mark is a BSI BIM Certified Professional.

Paul is our Partner lead for Healthcare and Sustainability and is passionate about good design which simplifies the complex to provide sustainable, patient centred solutions. He was project architect for the highly acclaimed Stratheden Hospital, regarded as an exemplary model for mental health design due to its significant impact on patient care and recovery. Paul is a member of Architects for Health and has completed a masters in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies.
