As part of the Elgin City Centre Masterplan, the vision for the regeneration of the South Street area moves one step closer as Planning Approval is granted.
The proposal includes thirty eight residential units, an 800m2 Business Enterprise Hub, three individual commercial units and high-quality public spaces which link between South Street and the High Street.
The Business Enterprise Hub aims to promote inclusive economic development in Moray (and the wider region), by supporting the scale-up of existing small and micro-businesses, as well as providing support to startups, university spinouts and inward investors.
Robertson Property Ltd have appointed Oberlanders to undertake the role of Architect, Lead Consultant and Principal Designer supported by Cameron + Ross, Rybka, LUC, Maac Studio, Bidwells, New Acoustic & Socotec.
